Visas are issued in Bulgaria in the consular service of the Embassy of Bulgaria in Russia or the Visa Application Centre. We are accredited with the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in Moscow and is a tour operator.

Pay attention! Issuing passports to tourists is in 1-3 days prior to arrival. If you are planning a trip to Bulgaria to other countries, notify our managers about it. Please bring a complete set of documents no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival date.

Be sure to provide:
1. Completed questionnaire to be filled in on-line for all tourists traveling to Bulgaria (including infants and children entered in the passport). If you can not fill through the website, you can print out and zapolnitoprosny list
2. Third sheet questionnaires personally signed by the applicant or his duly accredited representative (for children under 14 signature putting parents!) In one copy in every tourist with the signature in three places (see sample).
3. A passport valid sample with a validity of at least 3 months after the intended stay (+ a copy of its first page.) The signature of the owner in the passport is mandatory.
4. Two color photographs of 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm with a light background, without the "corners" and "oval", the distance from the chin to the top of 3cm. Please bring photos, cut to size and signed on the back of a pencil (name) on each photo. Photos of all, without exception, tourists, including infants.
Do not take photos in glasses with tinted windows, photos taken by artisanal or cut from amateur photos;
5. For minors should always put a photocopy of the certificate of rozhdenii.Kserokopiyu notarized permission to travel from both parents / guardian or parent / guardian, which (s) is not accompanies (y) of a minor child. If it is impossible to give consent, please state this police certificate confirming the absence of the other parent to the specified addresses. Children up to 6 years (that is, if the child is 6 years old at the time of applying for a visa), traveling with their parents / guardians for the purpose of organized tourism, the visa fee is not paid.
Note: If the child is entered in the parent's passport, a visa for the child glued in the passport of the parent. And throughout the child's stay in Bulgaria, the parent can not leave without the child, leaving him in the care of relatives. Recommended in this case to obtain a separate passport for the child, and paste in the visa sticker in it.
Attention! c 17.02.2011 at request entry visa period of the visa hall will be 6 months. Before the end of the corridor a visa cancellation is not possible. If a visa is requested for a minor child without parents (I), the period of validity of the consent must be 6 months from the date of arrival, or more. Please note that the validity of the passport if requested entry visa must be at least 9 months from the date of the alleged entry into Bulgaria.
On July 1, 2012, citizens of the Russian Federation, Ukraine and Moldova, which in 2011 received a visa to enter the Republic of Bulgaria on the basis of the "purpose of travel - tourism, private visit or business" - can be issued multiple short-term visas valid for up to 1 year . To this end, the relevant documents traveled necessarily include a copy of the visa for 2011 and a copy of the first page of the passport (with photo) if this visa is revoked passport. When requesting a visa for up to 18 years, in addition to other documents, be sure to cross attached notarized consent from both spouses is issued for a period of not less than 1 year from the date of travel. In this case, the passport must operate for at least 1 year + 3 months from the date of arrival.

6. A photocopy of the title deeds. Pay attention to the quality of the copy of the first page. All stamps must be well readable (and notary certification Broker for entering). If you take a legal entity (OOD, Ltd.), be sure to provide a "Certificate of the current state of the company", not older than three (3) months from the date of issue;
7. When applying for a multiple entry visa or two years - evidence of payment of taxes and duties (if the object is in the ownership of more than one year), a certificate of commissioning (Act number 16), or permission to use, issued by the architect of the community (if it's original purchase of builder. purchase from the secondary market, the act number 16 is not required);
8. For minors:
-Copy of birth certificate;
-Copy of a notarized authorization (s) to travel from both parents / guardians, allowing removal of the child, accompanied by any of the parent / guardian, regardless of whether you will accompany the child during the first visit or not. Attention! Duration of the agreement must not be less than the corridor of the visa. Example: If you plan to leave on August 1 and want to get a visa for the child at 1 year, then the agreement should operate from 01 August this year to 01 August of the following year;
If available, provide:
9. Health insurance, valid in Europe for the duration of the trip. The amount of coverage should be at least 30 000 euros;
10. Tickets or tickets to the train / bus (original or confirmation of booking a return ticket with fixed dates. If you are traveling by car: certificate of the vehicle, the international car insurance (green card), driver's license);
Please note that:
1. Multiple entry visa valid for a period of twelve months, can be obtained by applying the act confirming that the object is ready for commissioning (Act № 15, № 16) (if it's original purchase from the builder. Purchase from the secondary market, the act number 15, number 16 is not required);
2. With the prior agreement of sale shall be issued single entry visa for up to 90 days.
3. When first applying for a visa, property owners may claim only one year multiple entry visa for subsequent - for two years;
4. We inform you that, to obtain a two-year visa documents are sent for approval to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Bulgaria, the term document processing - 45 days;
5. Multiple-entry visa valid for twelve months, is entitled to multiple entries and the total stay in Bulgaria for up to 90 days per six months from the date of first entry, and no more than 180 days within a year from the date of first entry. 6. Outsiders may also based on title deeds to get a visa - only a single visa will. This requires a notarized permission to stay for a reasonable period of the property owner;
Photo Requirements
General information
• The photo for each applicant should be in color, without borders, with a full picture of the person, as described below
• Photos must be taken within the past 6 months
• You must submit 2 photos
Photo size
Photo for each applicant must meet the following requirements:
• 35 mm x 45 mm. The person must be placed in the center.
• The size of the head (from the crown to the chin) should measure about 30 mm
View Images
• Photos must be taken from the front, with full facial image
• The face should cover about 70-80% of the whole image
• Photos must be in color and removed on a uniform white or light background. Photographs with dark background or made against any items will not be accepted!
• The features must be visible. It is desirable that the ears are visible.
• Photo must be made without sunglasses and other accessories, if you do not wear this subject to medical prescriptions (for example, an eye patch)
• Photos in which the applicant is shown in the mask or veil, will not be accepted for review, as in this case, the identification of the person is very difficult.

Important Note: Please follow our instructions. If you submit photos do not meet the above requirements, complete your visa application will not be considered complete!
The order of departure of children
To obtain a visa for the child should be given all the necessary documents (see above), including a passport (to remember that your child from 14 years and older need a separate passport).
According to the order of the Interior Ministry of 12.02.2009 N 128 amended Instruction on registration and issuance of passports to citizens of the Russian Federation in order to exit from the Russian Federation and Entry into the Russian Federation, approved by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the May 26, 1997 N 310.
Under the new rules, the photograph must be affixed in the passport, regardless of age. These requirements apply to both separate passport child and the information that is entered in the parent's passport.
Children under 18 have the right to travel abroad with their parents (or one parent - in this case does not require any notarized certificates from the other parent). If the names of parents and children are not the same, you will need to present a birth certificate (original).
Note: In practice, border controls require notarized consent from the other parent, so to be safe it is better still to make.
A child under 18 can travel abroad without their parents, along with other adults. In this case, the passport control at the check required to provide original signed by both parents and notarized power of attorney to leave the child with a timetable trip.
Terms of issue of the visa
The Consular Section provides minimal delays in obtaining visas: 4 days - normal, 2 days - urgent, not counting the day of filing. In certain cases, the period may be extended for up to thirty days
